Auto-push transcripts, scores, and notes
When a candidate completes a video interview, CandidReel automatically pushes the results to your ATS: a link to the video response, the full transcript, the AI score and summary, and any recruiter notes. Your ATS becomes the single source of truth — no tab-switching required.
Hiring managers who live in the ATS never need to open CandidReel. They see the same AI summary, score breakdown, and video link directly in the candidate's ATS profile.
Two-way sync keeps everything current
Move a candidate to "Interview" in your ATS and they move in CandidReel too. Reject a candidate in CandidReel and the status updates in your ATS. Stage mapping is configurable — you decide which CandidReel stages correspond to which ATS stages.
New jobs created in your ATS can automatically generate corresponding interview templates in CandidReel, so recruiters don't need to set up interviews manually. Sync runs in near-real-time via webhooks, with a full reconciliation every hour as a safety net.

No. All integrations use OAuth or API key authentication and are configured through the CandidReel settings UI. Setup typically takes 5 minutes.
What data is synced to the ATS?
By default: video response links, full transcripts, AI scores and summaries, recruiter notes, and stage changes. You can customize which fields sync in the integration settings.
What if my ATS isn't listed?
CandidReel also offers a REST API and webhook system for custom integrations. If you need a specific ATS supported, contact our team — we prioritize integrations based on customer demand.
