Authenticate CandidReel with your Bullhorn instance using OAuth credentials. The connection uses Bullhorn's REST API — no custom SOAP integrations, no middleware. Your Bullhorn admin can set it up in one sitting.
2. Send interview invites from Bullhorn
Select candidates in Bullhorn and trigger a CandidReel interview invitation directly. For bulk roles, send invites to 50 or 500 candidates at once. Each candidate gets a unique link tied to their Bullhorn record.
3. Results sync per placement
When a candidate completes their interview, the AI summary, scores, transcript, and a direct video link push into the candidate's Bullhorn notes — tied to the specific placement or job order. Your recruiters see everything in context.
4. Share video with clients
Generate a shareable review link for each candidate and attach it to your client submission. Clients watch the video interview alongside the CV — no login required, no extra software. This is how top agencies differentiate their submissions.
