How it works
1. Authorize CandidReel in Lever
Generate an API key in Lever's integrations settings and paste it into CandidReel. OAuth support is also available for teams that prefer it. Setup takes under 5 minutes.
2. Configure stage triggers
Select which Lever pipeline stages should trigger a video interview invitation. When a candidate enters your designated stage (e.g., “Video Screen”), CandidReel automatically sends the interview link to the candidate's email.
3. AI feedback lands in Lever
After a candidate completes their interview, CandidReel pushes the AI-generated summary, per-question scores, and an overall rating directly into the candidate's Lever opportunity as structured feedback. No manual entry needed.
4. Two-way sync keeps everything current
Candidate data, stage changes, and recruiter notes sync between both platforms. Archive a candidate in Lever, and their CandidReel status updates. Advance them in CandidReel, and Lever reflects the change.
